CDN Hostname must be a sub domain, for example:
www.domain.com
cdn.domain.com
cdn.image.domain.com

If you are using our shared SSL certificate, your CDN hostname must be in the format of: *.r.worldssl.net, for example:
hello.r.worldssl.net
cdnnet.r.worldssl.net
Higher level of subdomain is not supported, for example: hello.world.r.worldssl.net
